More coaching. Less calendar dragging.
Typical training platforms are digital calendars: you drag every session in by hand, click through every athlete and pay per head. Summitflow Pace flips that around. The AI drafts the weeks from your library and your methodology, you decide.
What you gain as a coach
-
The status light shows who needs you today
Every morning the athletes who need action are on top: overload, poor compliance, missed key sessions, unread messages. Everyone else just keeps training.
-
Flat price, billing included
No per-athlete fee, your athletes get the app for free. Subscriptions and invoices with QR payment slip run right in the coach area, the money goes to your account with no fee.
-
Athlete ready in two minutes
Send an invite link via messenger. Your athlete enters their name, connects their watch, done. You fill in the rest in your cockpit.
The difference in day-to-day coaching
| Typical platform | Summitflow Pace | |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly planning | Every session dragged into the calendar by hand | AI drafts up to 4 weeks from your library, you review and release |
| Your methodology | Lives in your head and in single templates | Stored once (philosophy, method, periodisation), every draft follows it |
| Overview | Click through each athlete one by one | Status light every morning, daily digest email, counters in the navigation |
| Athlete's everyday life | Plan stays fixed until you step in | On poor recovery the app swaps hard for easy, you see it in the feed |
| Performance diagnostics | Often a separate analysis tool | Best efforts, CP-model threshold and zone suggestion built in |
| Communication | Spread across messenger, email and comments | Messages, comments per session and feed in one app, with push |
| Athlete onboarding | Account, subscription, devices and profile on their own | Invite link, name, connect watch. You handle the rest |
| Forgotten week | Athlete is left without a plan | Reminder on Friday, existing drafts are released automatically on Sunday |
| Billing | A separate invoicing or accounting tool | Subscriptions and invoices with QR payment slip built in, emailed automatically, no fee |
| Cost for athletes | Depending on the platform, own subscription or a limited free version | Full app included, the athlete pays nothing |
| Price for you | Often a per-athlete or activation fee | Flat price: Solo up to 5 athletes, Pro unlimited |
| Data protection | Data location depends on the provider | Data in Europe, names never go to the AI |

Switching in three steps
- 1
Build your library
Copy templates from the Summitflow Pace library as drafts and adapt them. Or create your own workouts with ranges.
- 2
Invite your athletes
One invite link per athlete, valid for 7 days, via messenger or email. Existing Pace users join via email invite.
- 3
Connect watches, plan
From the moment they connect, sessions, sleep and HRV flow in. Request your first AI draft, release it, and the sessions land on the watch.
Frequently asked questions
Can I bring my training history?
Data flows in from the moment a watch or platform is connected. Best efforts and the fitness curve build up with every session. For a larger move, get in touch and we will look at your data.
Do I have to rebuild my workouts?
You start with the curated Summitflow Pace library: copy templates per sport, adapt them, done. Templates use ranges, the AI makes them concrete per athlete.
What happens to my athlete's existing subscription?
If your athlete already has a Summitflow Pace subscription, it ends at the end of the paid period and does not renew. After that the app is covered by your coaching.
Does the AI plan behind my back?
No. Your athlete only sees weeks you have released. The one exception is the Sunday safety net: if you forgot to release, your existing drafts go out automatically and you are notified.
How long does switching take?
You set up the coach area in a few minutes, and an athlete is ready two minutes after opening the invite link. You can switch one athlete at a time.
