Running coaching without spreadsheet nights.
From 10K to ultra: you have your method, but no time to rebuild every week for every athlete. Summitflow Pace drafts the weeks from your templates, you review, adapt and release.
What you gain as a coach
-
Your intervals, concrete per athlete
Templates with ranges, for example 4–6 × 4–6 min. The AI sets concrete values to match target duration and level.
-
Structured runs on the watch
Warm-up, intervals, recoveries, cool-down: released runs land on Garmin and COROS, with ranges from your athlete's zones.
-
Threshold pace in view
Diagnostics estimate threshold pace from best efforts. If it shifts, the cockpit suggests new zones.
-
The status light shows who needs you today
Every morning the athletes who need action are on top: overload, poor compliance, missed key sessions, unread messages. Everyone else just keeps training.
-
Flat price, billing included
No per-athlete fee, your athletes get the app for free. Subscriptions and invoices with QR payment slip run right in the coach area, the money goes to your account with no fee.
-
Athlete ready in two minutes
Send an invite link via messenger. Your athlete enters their name, connects their watch, done. You fill in the rest in your cockpit.
